Scott Edwards - Head of Accounting

​

Scott joined Y Partners in 2004. He specialises in providing tailored advice to small and medium business, and particularly enjoys spending time out of the office with his clients to better understand their individual circumstances and goals. As a small business owner, he understands the day to day issues faced by business owners, and prides himself in providing advice that is easy to understand and adds value.

​

He also has a corporate tax background gained from working with two of the "Big Four" consulting firms, and is well placed to provide tax advice on business structures and re-structures, maximising entitlements to the small business capital gains tax concessions, and tax planning and minimisation strategies.

​

When not in the office Scott enjoys spending time with his family and travelling whenever time permits. Scott also enjoys a casual round of golf and is working on reducing his golf handicap.
